  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
